The Buffer-TP temperature buffer is a thermal buffer block used together with TP temperature probes to more accurately simulate the actual temperature of refrigerated products. This filters out short-term temperature fluctuations in the air, helping to prevent false or unnecessary alarm notifications.
This accessory is ideal for applications where accurate temperature monitoring is important, such as food storage, pharmaceutical products and vaccines. The buffer mimics the thermal mass of stored products, causing the sensor to respond more slowly to rapid changes in ambient temperature, for example when a refrigerator or freezer door is opened.
Please note: this product contains only the thermal buffer; a temperature probe is not included.
