At Tempro, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it under certain conditions.
14 days cooling-off period
You have the right to withdraw your order within14 calendar days after receiptwithout giving a reason. This cooling-off period only applies to standard products insmall quantities.
Conditions for return
- The goods must beunusedand in theoriginal, undamaged packagingto be returned.
- The return costs areat your own expense.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible.
Exceptions – No returns possible for:
- Single-useproducts
- Batteries
- Calibrations
- Calibrated devices
- Custom-made(products with specific customer modifications)
- Software licenses
- Cloud licenses
