How to send your products for calibration?
Step 1: Contact us
Bestel in de webshop uw kalibratie of bestel op rekening. Stuur ons een mail naar mail@tempro.be met volgende info:
Indien via webshop:
- Ordernummer
- Merk & type vermelden
- Retouradres vermelden
Indien op rekening:
- Kalibratievereisten: standaard kalibraties of ISO 17025 kalibraties
- Aantal, merk en type vermelden
- 2. How many and which measuring points should I calibrate?
- 4. Indicate return address.
Step 2: Send
Send your products to be calibrated to our office at: Ankerrui 9, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium. Include the email address or order from step 1 so we know what it concerns and what needs to be done.
Stap 3: Receive
Bij standaard kalibratie kalibreren wij uw dataloggers/CO2 meters/... in ons eigen kalibratielabo. Houd rekening met een doorlooptijd van ongeveer 2 weken
Bij ISO17025 kalibratie sturen wij uw producten op naar het geaccrediteerde labo. Houd rekening met een doorlooptijd van ongeveer 4 weken
