How to send your products for calibration?

Step 1: Contact us

Order your calibration in the webshop or order on account. Send us an email at mail@tempro.be with the following information:

If via webshop:

  1. Order number
  2. Specify brand & type
  3. Specify return address

If on account:

  1. Calibration requirements: standard calibrations or ISO 17025 calibrations
  2. Specify quantity, brand and type
  3. 2. How many and which measuring points should I calibrate?
  4. 4. Indicate return address.

Step 2: Send

Send your products to be calibrated to our office at: Ankerrui 9, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium. Include the email address or order from step 1 so we know what it concerns and what needs to be done.

Stap 3: Receive

For standard calibration, we calibrate your data loggers/CO2 meters/... in our own calibration lab. Please allow a lead time of approximately 2 weeks

For ISO17025 calibration, we send your products to the accredited lab. Please allow a lead time of approximately 4 weeks
