Technical Support Specialist

Tempro, our family business in the heart of Antwerp, is looking for a motivatedTechnical Support Specialistto strengthen our team!

What you will do:

• Provide technical support and helpdeskfor our Tempro data loggers, CO2 meters and monitoring systems.
• Assist customers with the implementation and troubleshooting of our products.
• Provide technical sales supportby advising customers on the best solutions for their needs.
• Perform calibrations in our lab.
• Contribute to the development and testing of new products and processes, such as apps, cloud solutions, CRM and our webshop.

What we are looking for:

• Een passie voor technologie en probleemoplossing.
• Een technische achtergrond.
• Klantgerichte instelling en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
• Voornamelijk Nederlands, bij voorkeur ook Engels.
