Efento NB-IoT sensors transmit data over the mobile network (Narrowband IoT) and require no additional devices (router, gateway, etc.). Sensors are also equipped with a Bluetooth Low Energy interface, which allows quick and easy configuration with a smartphone. Efento NB-IoT sensors can be integrated with any cloud platform.

NB-IoT sensors send the data over the mobile network to Efento Cloud or any other cloud platform.
User configurable alarm thresholds. If one of the thresholds is exceeded, the sensor immediately sends the data to the platform
The device stores 40,000 readings in its memory; when the memory is full, the oldest readings are overwritten.
The sensor's configuration can be changed remotely from the cloud or with a mobile application via Bluetooth Low Energy

For a working system you need:
- NB-IoT Cloud licence, available for a period of 2 or 5 years per sensor. This licence covers the cloud registration costs per sensor for the online use of NB-IoT sensors. You also get free email notifications and push messages.
- Use of the NB-IoT SIM card and data per sensor for 2 or 5 years. For the online use of NB-IoT sensors with 25MB/2 years or 60MB/5 years.
