The EL-USB-5 Event Data Logger is a compact USB logger designed to record events, status changes, or pulses.
Ideal for applications such as monitoring switches, relays, door contacts, or production cycles.
The logger detects both rising and falling signals, and also works with voltage-free contacts (such as relays or microswitches).
It can count events at up to 100 per second (when LEDs are disabled) or record status changes up to 5x/sec, and events up to 2x/sec under normal operation.
You connect the logger easily to a Windows PC via USB and configure it with the free EasyLog software.
Data can be displayed as a graph or table and exported to Excel or other applications.
The logger runs on a long-life lithium battery (typically 1 year) and is supplied with test leads with crocodile clips, a mounting bracket, and a USB cover cap.
