Are you customer-oriented, accurate, and do you enjoy helping people with technical advice? For our internal sales team, we are looking for an enthusiasticSales Internal Sales Employeewho guides our customers in their choice of the right data logger, CO2 meter, or real-time monitoring system.
What will you do?
- You assist customers by phone and email in their choice of data loggers, CO₂ meters, and real-time monitoring solutions.
- You guide customers with practical questions: which software to download, how to install, where to find manuals.
- You follow up on quotes and process requests, including filling in the necessary vendor documents.
- You build a trusting relationship with customers, mainly in the Benelux.
- For more technical questions, you can always rely on our suppliers or colleagues.
- You work closely with your colleagues in the internal department to inform customers as well as possible about the status of their order.
Who are you?
- You are communicatively strong and customer-oriented.
- You have an affinity for technology and learn quickly.
- You speak and write fluent Dutch; knowledge of English and French is a plus.
- You are structured and accurate in administration.
- You enjoy working in a team, but can also plan your work independently.
